Peter A. Rinck is in charge of the "Science and Ethics Chapter" of TRTF.

The first Round Table meeting on "Ethics and Medical Imaging" was arranged in January 1999, follow-ups in 2003, 2005, and 2007. The next meeting is planned for 2011. Check the "Conferences" page for more details.

The following text is a summary of some of the arguments brought forward and aspects discussed during the 1999 meeting. An abridged version of this conference report has been published in the September 1999 issue of Diagnostic Imaging Europe (The Rinckside Column). The summary was written by Peter A.
